Today, I want to share my favorite Detox drinks to help cleanse your body and help you feel rejuvenated from the inside out.

It is tough to be motivated and happy when you are feeling weighed down and sluggish.

When we overload our bodies with toxins, we feel fatigued, moody, bloated and even sore.

Detox drinks can help you prevent these symptoms from even happening in the first place.

Three Easy DIY Detox Drinks

1. Anti-Aging Tea

This is probably the easiest Detox drink of this list. Green tea is well known for its health, beauty and weight loss benefits and lemons are excellent at breaking down fat by helping mobilize bile from the liver to the small intestine.

Together they make the best Detox Drink that will boost your immunity and help slow down aging thanks to the antioxidants.

Ingredients:

8 Ounces of water

1 bag of green tea

1/2 lemon

Directions:

Boil the water and put a bag of green tea in, squeeze the lemon and drink it while it is still hot.

Drink this tea every day in the mornings or early afternoons and reap its benefits.

2. The Waist Snatcher

If weight loss is your goal, then this drink is your GOAT. Guava aids weight loss, promotes gut health, helps maintain normal blood pressure and boosts your immune system.

Fennel seeds are rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that aid digestion and weight loss.

Mint improves digestion and aids weight loss.

Ingredients:

1 Cup of water

1 Ripe Seeded Guava

1/2 teaspoon of fennel seed powder

A handful of mint leaves

Directions:

Spin the water, guava and mint leaves into a blender and then pour into a cup. Add the fennel seed powder and stir well.

I recommend that you drink it only once a day 20 minutes before your heaviest meal. Prepare to see the weight loss!

3. Rejuvenating Detox Drink

This drink contains some of the best-known ingredients for detoxification, with ingredients like Apple cider vinegar which has shown to improve your metabolism and digestive functions.

Lemons have an alkaline effect on our bodies which help regulate your ph levels, adding lemons to any drink can help boost your energy levels, and detoxify your body.

Cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and ginger help reduce inflammation, aids digestion and boosts your metabolism.

Honey is rich in antioxidants and adds a little sweetness to the drink. If on a no-sugar diet omit the honey 😉

Ingredients:

16 Ounces of water

2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger

1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

1 dash cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon of honey

Directions:

Warm the water and mix all the ingredients together, it is best to drink warm but any temperature works too.

If trying to do a full detox, I recommend this detox drink three times daily before any meals for up to 2 weeks.

If doing a daily cleanse, have it once a day before breakfast or lunch. It is a great way to get a boost of energy!
