Sugar Detox

As some of you might have seen on my Instagram, yesterday I decided to start my no sugar diet.

The first step was deciding how extreme I was going to go.

There are various types of no-sugar diet, the more extreme; eliminating all sources of sugar, even from fruits and veggies. While other consists of only removing foods that have added sugar, like soda, and desserts.

I will do the latter for twenty-one days in which I hope I don’t lose my ish from the cravings of frozen red velvet cheesecake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Omg! is it too soon to quit?

Sugar Detox

Sweets are my weakness, and I have been pounding down the Oreos and ice cream like never before.  It is crazy how little sleep and no exercise can lead the way to so many unhealthy lifestyle choices.

I’m also going to take advantage of this time to try and work on better time management and who knows maybe be in bed by 11?

What I hope to gain from this challenge is to detox my body as well as begin a new lifestyle of moderation. this what I find the hardest.

I cant just have one small decent size of the pie I want it all which is exsactly What I did on my last day of indulgence. I still feel sick today from all the sweets I had that day.
