My Review

My first impression was not great; I came out of the shower excited to try my new lotion, I pumped for five minutes trying to get some product out with no success.

I opened up the bottle to figure out why the malfunction, first the cream is way too thick, and the plastic tube that feeds the lotion is too skinny.

The thickness was a surprise, however, did not scare me, I love a good creamy body lotion as long as it blends into the skin…

I squeezed some on my hands and proceeded to apply on my legs. I must have massaged it in for what seemed like an eternity, and the lotion just sat there.

Considering the time, it took me to get the product out the bottle; and my skin was dehydrated at the moment I thought was what made the lotion not blend in.

The fragrance is really nice, smells clean so that was a positive.

Since this first impression, I gave it a few more tries here and there for two weeks, and there is no nicer way to describe my feelings; I hate it!

Seriously you guys, this is one of the worst lotions I have tried, and when you read the claims in comparison to what you actually get its a real let down.

It leaves a dense film on my skin that at first felt like it was hydrating, but my skin looked unhealthy and ashy.

My white towels were brown from the heavy film that it leaves behind, only heavy scrubbing gets rid of it.

I do not recommend Dr. Teal’s Avocado Body Lotion to anyone, I tried to make it work, but nothing I did helped it blend.
