I don’t know about you but I have never taken diet pills or even think they are save or work! How can putting man made products (chemicals) in to your body be better then regular exercise, diet and all natural foods that can speed up your metabolism. How fast or slow our metabolism is determines how we process fat and how easy or not we loose weight. Cinnamon is also a very known ingredient to loose weight, it increases the metabolism of glucose. Since high blood sugar levels can lead to increased storage of fat by the body, cinnamon helps prevent this increased storage of fat and enables you to lose weight.
Apple Cider Vinegar is the key ingredient in this drink, it helps suppresses your appetite, lowers blood sugar levels, burns fat, improves metabolism and more. Add one to two tablespoons to your drink and enjoy all these benefits.
