Todays two ingredient hair DIY is brought to you by my leftover breakfast, which is what love about avocados.

They are not only great for you to eat but are also amazing for your hair and skin.

Avocados are rich in monounsaturated fats and vitamins; which help condition your hair and help it grow healthy and strong.

Aloe is another superfood, rich in vitamin and minerals, that promote new hair growth and many great benefits on the hair.

 

Combine the two, and you have yourself a fantastic hair mask that will nourish and strengthen your hair.

Ingredients:

1/2 Avocado

A piece of Aloe leaf (the amount based on your hair length)

Optional: 1 Tbsp of honey

How To:

In a blender mix ingredients

Apply from roots to ends of hair and let sit for at least one hour

This mask can be used weekly for best benefits.
