Pond’s holds a special place in my heart as it was the first skincare line I ever saw my grandmother purchase.
Most of my grandmother’s skincare products came from DIY’s she concocted in the kitchen.
But when it came to her moisturizer Pond’s cream was and still is her top choice.

POND’S Cold Cream Cleansing Balm -recently awarded “Best of Beauty” for skincare in 2018 – is a unique blend of oils and cleansing essence pressed into a solid balm.
Typically I use a two cleanser routine HERE, so I was hesitant to use this one cleanser.
However, I’m always open to changing up my routine especially if it’s going to save me a step.

The texture reminds me of Clinique ‘Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm‘ except its thinner.
Likewise the all-in-one facial cleanser removed my makeup, including eye and lips makeup, without harsh rubbing.
Pond’s ‘Cold Cream Facial Cleansing Balm’ rinses off with warm water; however, I use a warm cloth to ensure all makeup traces are gone.
My skin felt instantly soft and looked radiant and naturally glowing even without makeup.
Most noteworthy, I did not require a second wash to remove my makeup further, and my skin was ready for the rest of my skin care routine.
In conclusion, I will continue to use Pond’s ‘Cold Cleansing Balm’ as part of my makeup removing routine.
I love how soft and luminous my skin feels, even more the price beats most of my other cleansing balms.
