My Hair Loss​ Prevention and Regrowth​ Routine

Today, I want to share with you my hair loss​ prevention and regrowth​ routine. As well as hopefully answer one of the most asked question I get: How to grow healthy long hair. Keeping a healthy head of hair is no walk in the park. For instance, did you know that you could damage your hair just by brushing it?

Before we dig into the fun stuff, it’s essential to understand why you may be suffering from hair loss. Generally, people can shed a small amount of hair, 50-100 strands per day. However, factors like stress, hormones, diet, and medications can cause unusual amounts of hair loss. If you notice an excessive amount of hair loss, schedule a visit to see your primary care provider to determine the cause and appropriate care.

Healthy hair starts from the inside. I want to share my top three tips for growing long healthy hair. Firstly, by sustaining a healthy balanced diet. In conclusion, my hair loss prevention and regrowth routine is all about using effective products. I enjoy using these products because they are readily available and are showing improvement.
