My Top Three Makeup Palettes For Travel
If we are friends on Instagram, then you know that nine times out of ten I do my makeup in the car.
Its the only way I can get it done, poor Geoff (El Husband) always has to drive but, I get to sit with no interruptions for however long the ride is and play with my face.
For the long rides (my favorite) I make sure that the little niñas are all set; I hand them snacks, slide in a Dvd right now Boss Baby is a fan favorite.
The big niñas love this time too because they get to use their tablets and catch up on their current interest without interruptions.
I have learned to adapt to my new lifestyle, but the truth is nothing beats the luxury of getting ready in the comfort of your house.
I remember those days; stepping out the shower and prepping my skin with a mask while I pick out an outfit, and listening to music. Then I would sit at my vanity, all my makeup in front of me, a large mirror and glam my worries away. Those were the good days!
Now I have to get four girls out of the house and in the car in time to make it to wherever it is we are going. By the time I am done doing the big girls hair and chasing the little ones around to get them dressed, there is never enough time for me to get ready in peace.
