Tarte created a beautiful sequined collectors case palette for the holidays and it’s really pretty to look at. The case contains all limited edition colors, a mascara, a duo brush and a travel case with six eye shadows, bronzer, blush and highlight.
The 30 colors on the main palette however I was disappointed with, the colors are very chalky and not pigmented enough for my liking. The double ended brush however feels really nice and actually did a great job at blending. The real winner for me is the travel palette, I used this one to create the look above and the colors are all very pigmented and long lasting.
Overall I suggest you check out the palette in the store before you purchase and see if the colors on the main palette look good on your skin as I think the colors might not show well on medium to dark skins. I am going to be giving the main case as a gift and will be keeping the travel case for myself!
